In response to the COVID 19 outbreak and responding to Government advice the Parish Council has decided to close the playground and to cordon off all benches in the village in order to avoid transmission of the virus via hard surfaces and to discourage any social gatherings.
Additionally, the Council has decided to cancel all Council meetings until 1st June at the earliest and also to postpone the Annual Parish Meeting until 1st June at the earliest.
The Council is working with the Covid19 Horning Community Volunteers to support parishioners that require assistance. As part of this activity we are supporting the Hoveton and Wroxham Medical Centre in distributing prescriptions to all villagers that are unable to collect from the Medical Centre.
